The vision education station is one component of the Real Eyes Program that connects classrooms with eye doctors in the community. The station includes optical illusions, hands on activities and fun facts about the eyes. The eye safety section incorporates everyday tips and images of how to protect the eyes during unsafe actions.

“So far, kids are loving it, and parents are learning, too. There are a lot of interactive activities for them to do on here,” said Jennifer Cesta’s the library’s public relations coordinator. “So it’s fun. There’s something on each of the sides. There are four sides for them to explore.”
