Review of Western Eye Hospital

I got seen by a nurse rather than an optholmologist that’s probably why I ended up with the wrong diagnosis. I got told I just got some dry eyes and given some eye drops to help with the dryness. What I actually suffer from is an allergy so what I actually needed was antihistamines… I knew this, the pharmacist knew this and two doctors that I consulted after knew this. If your going to open a service to treat people then you need to ensure that either the nurses are up to scratch on their training or the actual doctors present have time to see the patients. It scares me to wonder how many people with serious eye conditions are dismissed as something minor.
