Blind Stars – Bridging the Gap / Be a part of it to support Blind People

The Blind Star Convention and Drishti Award Function will be held at Agra on 7, 8 and 9^th November, 2014.

We are also pleased to announce that Blind Star and Antardrishti are jointly organizing first ever national convention of visually impaired people at Agra. The convention named as Blind Stars Beyond Face book – Bridging the Gap will be a three day event packed with brainstorming sessions, group discussions on variety of subjects concerning empowerment of visually impaired and cultural performances by visually impaired artists. This convention will be clubbed together with the annual award function of Drishti Creative Contest 2014. Drishti Creative Contest is being held fourth year in a row which gives Golden Eye and Silver Eye awards in four categories viz: short films, posters, audio jingles and design entries on the common theme of promotion of eye donation.

Drishti 2014 to promote eYe donation

This year again in Drishti 2014 Creative contest, we got some good quality entries promoting eYe donation in each category (short films, posters, design, audio jingles) and we are all set to start online voting for the same to pick Audience Award. We would like to request you cast your vote and motivate contestant. Your efforts would not only motivate contestant but also promote eye donation.
